However, we don’t think much of miserable “look what my cellar has to offer” catalogue in the wine list – that’s more work than pleasure when it comes to choosing.
Our credo is rather:
balance & variety
From Austrian & Italian wineries with great names and of great years to emerging
newcomers on the wine scene, contemporary nature wines and light summer wines for moody hours on the sun terrace.
Mostly with a focus on Austria & on the Southern lake vibe – white & summery.
As Austria is blessed not only with traditional wineries, but also with innovative lateral thinkers and a growing number of winegrowers who have the art, values and craft to produce wine in a way that is as close to natural as possible, we make sure that every year we have more organic wine on our wine list.
